Family Photographer in Uvita

Being a family photographer in Uvita, Costa Rica certainly has its perks. It’s no wonder why it’s one of the top vacation destinations in the world. There are many breathtaking locations to have a photoshoot at including:

Not to mention the golden hour sunsets make any photo look dreamy. But my favorite part about being a family photographer in Uvita? The versatility that nature brings to each photograph.

Photographing on the Beaches in Uvita

As a photographer, I prefer to shoot at the beach because it sort of has it all! The beaches in Uvita have expansive views of the ocean. They are also bordered by massive mountains and various trees, as well as rugged rocks jutting out creating a magnificent backdrop to the photos. The scarlet macaws nest in the beach almond trees as the monkeys, sloths, and tucans swing, hang, and fly in the palms above.

The beaches here are incredibly versatile. I can photograph multiple sessions and have each one look completely different. The reason? Most beaches here have more than just ocean and sand. They are outlined by the jungle. So in one shot you can have your toes in the water with the palm trees in the background; you can be sitting on a rock as the river ripples down from the mountains into the ocean. And with endless amounts of driftwood, rocks, and leaning palm trees, there are many seating options available, too!
